Typical Uses

The cable is designed primarily for large Variable Speed Drives and because of the dual screening gives maximum EMV protection. Earth screens one end only.

For current ratings other than spaced from surface see table 7 AS3008.1.1 1998.

Temperature Range: -40 to +90°C static, -20 to +90°C flexing

Maximum Conductor Temperature: +90°C

Rated Voltage: 1.9/3.3kV

Current Rating: As per Table 8 of AS/NZS 3008.1.1

Sheath Colour: Black

Relevant Standards: AS/NZS 1125, IEC 60332-1, AS/NZS 3808, AS/NZS 1429.1, VDE 0250 – Part 602
The materials used in the manufacture of these cables are RoHS Compliant.

Bending Radius: 10 times diameter after installed, 12 times diameter during install

Cable Construction

Conductor:
Tinned Stranded Conductors according to VDE 0295, Class 5.
Insulation:
EPR Rubber insulation, Type 3G13.
Screen:
Tinned copper braid screened min 82% plus aluminium/mylar tape. Separator polyester tape.
Sheath:
CPE Rubber outer sheath.

UV stabilised and flame retardant.
Resistant to oil and abrasion.
CE & ROHS Compliant.
