Multicore Screened XLPE/NBR Cable VSD 90°C 0.6/1kV

Typical Uses

Aflex/EMV cables have been designed for connection of AC Variable speed drives and incorporates an aluminium/mylar tape plus a tinned copper braid screening.

6mm² and above have 3 split earth cores for optinum performance against low and high frequencies (RFI) and electromagnetic (EMI) so that RFI/EMI may not react with other devices outside the plant.

The materials used in the manufacture of these cables are RoHS Compliant.

Temperature Range: -30 to +90°C

Maximum Conductor Temperature: 90°C

Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV

Current Rating: As per Table 14 of AS/NZS 3008

Sheath Colour: Black or Clear

Relevant Standards: AS 5000.1, IEC 60332-1, IEC 60228

Bending Radius: 8 times diameter after install, 12 times diameter during install

Core Colour

2&E Red, Black, Green/Yellow
3&E Red, White, Blue, Green/Yellow

Conductors:
Conductors extra fine annealed copper wires. Class 5
Insulation:
XLPE 90°C
Screening:
Aluminium/Myler tape plus tinned copper braid.
Minimum Braid Coverage 80%
Aluminium/Mylar Coverage 100%
Sheath:
Black Sheath 90°C flexible NBR Elastomer. Clear sheath 90°C flexible PVC, all resistant to most oils,acids & solvents.

UV stabilised and flame retardant.
