Typical Uses

In machine tools, construction and engineering equipment, conveyors and other industrial applications where outstanding flexibility is required under tough climatic and mechanical conditions. Diesel powered generator sets, load banks, ship to shore cables.

The materials used in the manufacture of these cables are RoHS Compliant.

Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV

Relevant Standards: AS/NZS 1125, AS/NZS 3191, AS/NZS 5000.1, IEC 60332-1

Bending Radius: 5 x diameter after installing
8 x diameter during installing

Core Colour

2 core: Blue, Brown
3 core: Blue, Brown, Green/Yellow
4 core: Brown,Black, Grey, green/Yellow
5 core: Blue, Red, White, Black, Green/Yellow
7 cores & above: White cores with numbered + Green/Yellow

Cable Construction

Conductors: Annealed bare copper standard to AS/NZS 1125 class 5 & 6.
Insulation: Special flexible XLPE compound comply to AS/NZS 3808.
Protective sheath: Flame retardant NBR Elastomer for outstanding flexibility and durability in most hostile environments.
Inner Sheath: Flexible V90HT PVC compound comply to AS/NZS 3808, Colour White.
Outer Sheath: Flexible V90HT PVC compound comply to AS/NZS 3808, colour Orange or Black

UV stabilised and flame retardant.
